No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on Adiz, including token packs or subscriptions. All transactions are considered final.

Exceptions – Technical or Payment Issues

In rare cases where a user encounters a technical glitch or payment-related error, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@adiz.in. If the issue is found to be valid and meets the necessary conditions, we will review the case and take appropriate legal or corrective action based on the situation.

Note: Each case will be reviewed individually, and any action taken is at the sole discretion of the Adiz support and legal team.

Non-Refundable Items

Used Tokens

Tokens used to generate advertisement images are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.

Completed AI Services

Once an AI generation process is completed, the transaction is final.
