Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Adiz application (“Application”, “App”). By downloading, installing, or using Adiz, you (“You”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Definitions
- Application (“App”): The Adiz photo makeover mobile application.
- Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”): Adiz.
- Content: Photos, text, images, or other material uploaded or created by You.
- Device: Any mobile device, tablet, or computer used to access the App.
- Third-Party Services: Services or content provided by third parties that may be integrated with the App.
2. License Grant
- We grant You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- The App is licensed, not sold to You.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
- You retain ownership of photos or other content you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant Adiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and distribute your content solely for providing the App's services (e.g., makeover generation).
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and agree not to post content that is:
- illegal, offensive, defamatory, abusive, or violates others' rights.
- infringing any intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Content Moderation
- We may use automated or manual techniques to review uploaded content.
- We reserve the right to remove or block content without notice if it violates these Terms.
- We are not responsible for any content posted by users.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
- We collect and process personal data (including uploaded photos) as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By using the App, You consent to our data practices.
- Uploaded photos may be temporarily stored for processing but are not shared with third parties without your consent (except as required by law).
6. Age Restriction
- Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental/guardian consent.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Adiz may offer subscriptions and other in-app purchases to unlock premium features. When you buy a subscription or any in-app item, you agree to the price and payment terms shown at the time of purchase.
How subscriptions work
- Subscriptions give you access to premium features for a set period (for example, monthly).
- You are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. We do not store your card details.
- The exact price and what's included in each subscription are shown in the app before you pay.
Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal before the current period ends (at least 24 hours before on iOS).
- Your account is charged for the next period shortly before the current one ends. You will see the renewal amount before you are charged.
- You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your device's subscription settings (e.g. Apple: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions). If you turn it off, you keep access until the end of the current period, then you go back to the free experience.
- If we offer a free trial, any unused trial time may be forfeited when you start a paid subscription, as described in the offer.
Restore purchases
- If you have an active subscription and reinstall the app or use a new device, use the Restore option (where available) to restore your subscription and linked benefits on that device.
- Restore may also help recover past data (e.g. generated content or settings) tied to your account, subject to our data retention practices. We do not guarantee that all past data can be restored.
Refunds
- All purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, cancellations, or credits after a purchase is complete.
- For billing mistakes or unauthorized charges, you must contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, as payments are handled by them.
8. Third-Party Services
- The App may display or link to third-party services.
- We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or security.
- You use third-party services at your own risk.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
- You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your device.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to You will cease immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the App, software, design, and brand remain with Adiz.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
11. No Warranties
- The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
- We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
You are solely responsible for all activity and transactions made under your account. Any monetary liability or responsibility arising from your account usage shall rest with You alone. The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, or disputes related to your account balance, credits, or activities.
We are not liable for:
- loss of data or photos,
- indirect or consequential damages,
- unauthorized access to your content.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Adiz harmless from claims or damages arising from:
- your use of the App,
- violation of these Terms,
- infringement of others' rights.
14. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the App after updates means You accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Gujarat jurisdiction).
- Local or international laws may also apply depending on your location.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Adiz, superseding any prior agreements.
